This pending product will attempt to substantiate the importance of sensory input speed variations and the need for a measurable scale.  An example would be three people standing outside on a clear summer day.  An item enters and exits the visual intake of each subject with a scale in the background.  Each person might record the movement at a different level in respect to the scale.  The sunlight bounces off the object that an optic nerve processes at a slight variation in between all three subjects.  This variation varies in time it takes for the mind to recognize the event in addition to which exact position the item is in when the "eyes" took in the image and the mind chose to focus on the event.  A scale could be developed to measure time and accuracy.  Authored by Chris B.
