Chris B. Welter History

I like Nature, Science, Archeology, Stamp Collecting, Coin Collecting, Health, and Religion.

Nature
 and
Science

I've been hiking for years.  I feel great while in nature.  I attended nine Science courses while in Junior High.  I wanted to understand how everything worked.  I was not just content with the fact that it did.  In Upper and Lower Plants, we learned the size and design of a leaf told a story of its function in relation to the success of the plants growth and life.

High Tech
 In
 Silicon Valley

I was lucky enough to work for Quantum (Disc Drive Manufacturer), Analog Devices, Coherent Laser Group, Chartered Semiconductor, and Solid State Optronics.  Although I primarily worked in Human Resources, I was given some experience with the technical side.  While working for Chartered Semiconductor, I was a Senior Departmental Administrative Assistant supporting fourteen people.

Stamp
and
Coin Collecting

I began Stamp and Coin Collecting when my dad gave me a Senior Statesman Stamp Album.  He was a World Traveler working for IBM as an Engineer.  Later in life, I had a spot inside an Antique Store.  I seem to love almost anything that was old whether it was a magazine, a newspaper, a Redwood Tree, a Vintage Automobile, a copy of the Constitution, or a Sarcophagus containing mummified remains.

My Mental
and
Physical Health

I've belonged to a Health Club for over ten years.  I try to make sure I'm in good physical condition.  I try to eat what is good for my body.  I also analyze the mind and patterns people follow.  I motivate myself and at times those around me.  Almost anything is possible.  I attend church on a regular basis.  If work prevents me from doing so, work comes first.  I believe there is a reason for what happens around me and for what happens to those who are around me as well.
